Change Home Services ("CHS," "we," "us," "our") operates changehomeservices.com and a software platform used by home-services trades businesses — plumbers, HVAC technicians, electricians, roofers, handyman services, landscapers, and pool service companies — to run their operations. This policy covers changehomeservices.com and the information we collect when you request a free trial or otherwise contact us through this site.

When you fill out our trial signup form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and, if you choose to share it, how you're currently handling customer calls. We also automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser or device type, and we keep a timestamped record of the consents and opt-outs you give us — for example, agreeing to be contacted about your trial.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to contact you about your free trial and get your account set up — including calling and texting you at the phone number you provide to schedule your setup call — and to operate, secure, and improve this website and the CHS platform. If you've agreed to receive marketing from us, we may also send you marketing communications about CHS; you can opt out at any time as described below.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list resellers, and we do not use the information you submit through this site for cross-marketing or third-party advertising audiences without your separate, explicit opt-in. Any future opt-in marketing-audience program would default to off and would require your affirmative consent before you're included.
Text messages and calls
By checking the consent box on our signup form, you agree that CHS may call and text you at the phone number you provide about your free trial and setup, including using an autodialer, as permitted under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text at any time to opt out immediately, or reply HELP for support. Opting out of marketing calls and texts does not affect calls or texts we need to send you about an active trial or service you've already requested.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use it so we can improve it. We do not use these technologies to build cross-site advertising profiles of visitors without disclosure.
Your privacy rights
